Our employment group provides advice and representation in all areas of employment law, acting for both claimants and respondents in more or less equal proportion. Members of the group appear regularly in employment tribunals, and also in the employment appeals tribunal. We also provide advice in relation to contractual drafting and internal procedures and policy.

The group regularly organises seminars on this quickly developing area of law, and are always delighted to arrange talks for individual firms. We are accredited by the Law Society to provide CPD points for our seminars.
