Summary Of PracticeBea was called to the bar in 2006 and acts in most areas of chambers’ work. Family Bea has a particular interest in family work. Her family practice concentrates on children proceedings. She appears on behalf of Local Authorities and parents in public law cases, and on behalf of parents in private law applications (contact ect.). She also regularly appears for applicants and respondents in civil proceedings relating to domestic violence, particularly non-molestation, occupation, and committal orders. Landlord & Tenant / Housing Bea represents both tenants and landlords (whether social, commercial or private). Typically, this involves possession and disrepair proceedings. Insolvency/Debt Bea appears for both the Claimants and Defendants in the Companies Court, Bankruptcy Court and County courts in applications relating to insolvency and debt. Personal Injury Bea appears frequently in Road Traffic Arbitrations and this often includes an element of personal injury law.
