He understands technical issues, and is creative, both tactically and legally. He is skilled in negotiation and mediation.

He undertakes personal injury work for both Claimant and Defendant, and his practice includes claims arising from road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, and public liability.

He undertakes contractual and commercial disputes.

He also undertakes professional negligence claims, principally those involving solicitors, barristers and valuers/surveyors.

Other Information

Francis has taught French and Law, traveled overland to India and Nepal, and traveled extensively in America. He offers, as evidence of his experience of the real world, his various temporary employments, which have included digging graves, sweeping streets, and emptying dustbins.

He is now married with 4 children, and living in Surrey.

His interests include off road motorcycles, motor boats, and most activities involving water or engines.
