Practises in family law for a range of local authority and parent-and-guardian-instructed solicitors in London and the South -east. Public law children policy work includes advising upon appropriate policies for home-school transport for children with special needs and on the new fostering regulations and the approach to remedying decisions made in ignorance of them. Social services aspects include Mental Health work (declarations re adults under disability)
