Summary Of PracticeNaomi was called to the Bar in 1994. A specialist in property litigation, her practice covers all areas of landlord and tenant law; both residential and She also acts in a range of real property disputes; in claims concerning the informal acquisition of rights in land; and in litigation between local authorities and private landlords, including disputes concerning houses in multiple occupation and the condition of other privately owned premises. Naomi also undertakes general commercial litigation, including partnership disputes. Naomi acts for a wide range of clients, from private individuals to large organisations. She regularly provides in-house training for solicitors.
