Summary Of Practice

Monica’s practice is predominantly personal injury. She acts for both claimants and defendants. She is regularly instructed in matters relating to the highways, employers’ and public liability, occupier’s liability, and criminal injury claims.

More than half of Monica’s claimant work is undertaken on CFAs.

Monica also undertakes all aspects of housing law including possession proceedings, unlawful evictions, disrepair, claims and nuisance.
