She is particularly interested in cases that involve an overlap between different areas of her practice, including Housing and Personal Injury and Social Care and Human Rights as well as issues raised under the Equality Act 2010. Particular examples include:
When Angela completed her pupillage at chambers in Manchester she focussed on Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work and maintains a keen interest in this area.
She regularly represents local authorities and employers defending personal injury claims, and cases including claims for damages under the Human Rights Act.
When instructed by claimants, she has represented individuals who have suffered injury during childbirth and clients who have brought claims of historic abuse when they were in church youth groups.
