Our Construction and Engineering Team

Members of the team act in legal disputes for construction and engineering employers, contractors, funders, insurers and local authorities. Our barristers are widely recognised for their ability to identify and resolve issues with the minimum cost and delay.

We represent our construction and engineering clients in the specialist Courts and tribunals, as well as in adjudications, pre-action negotiation and the arbitration process.

Typical matters we deal with include:-

  • Delay and extensions of time
  • Defective work
  • Certification
  • Payment disputes
  • Funding issues, such as security, performance bonds, fraud and misapplication of project funds
