Insolvency and Restructuring

Our Insolvency and Restructuring Team

The group specialises in corporate and personal insolvency, as well as the ‘grey’ areas in between where, for example, a partnership is involved. We work for companies, partnerships and individuals, whether debtors or creditors, as well as office holders.

Our barristers have an excellent reputation for their forensic work and are able to call on colleagues with expertise in fields such as family, property, trust, contract, company and commercial law.

The matters we deal with include:-

  • Administrations, receiverships and liquidations
  • Contested winding-up petitions
  • Misfeasance claims
  • Voluntary arrangements
  • Fraudulent trading
  • Wrongful trading
  • Asset trading
