Members of the team assist individuals and groups of lessees with the drafting of leasehold documents, as well as representing them in leasehold disputes at first tier tribunals and the County Courts.

Our barristers handle matters including:

  • Acquisition of freehold titles under the Law Reform Act 1967 or the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Act 1993
