Chantelle is a family law specialist, with a particular focus in respect of Public Children Law cases, representing parties from the first hearing through to Final Hearings and Fact-Finding Hearings. Chantelle also has represented Local Authorities and parents in applications under the Adoption and Children Act 2002, including Leave to Oppose Applications.
Chantelle represents Local Authorities, parents and children and has experience of representing parents who are vulnerable by virtue of a learning disability or mental health condition.

Chantelle has appeared in cases involving suspected non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, as well as neglect and emotional abuse. Chantelle also has experience of drafting Scott Schedules and Final Thresholds within a public children law context.
Chantelle is instructed in the Family Court and the High Court.
