Eleanor undertook pupillage at 42 Bedford Row and has been a tenant since 2016. She has a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in the following areas:
Eleanor has attended inquests on behalf of a range of interested parties and is willing to do so on a pro-bono basis in appropriate circumstances.
Eleanor is instructed by local authorities and housing associations in possession claims involving rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, unauthorised occupation or subletting, and procurement of a tenancy by fraud. She provides advocacy and advice in relation to disrepair claims.
She also acts in disputes concerning private sector tenancies and long leaseholds, including disrepair, forfeiture and service charges.
