In the last 2 years Francis has been instructed in 2 High Court cases at final hearings in excess of 40 days. The publicity these cases encountered led to Francis taking the lead in satellite litigation in respect of press reporting and an agreement from a national newspaper to rescind publication of a series of articles.
Francis regularly gives seminars on children’s case to solicitors, childcare professional and colleagues at the bar.
Francis’s private law work includes international abduction, relocation, residence and contact.
