Hamed has a busy practice across four broad areas of work. He enjoys a close working relationship with instructing solicitors and is happy to act as a sounding board. He has been described by his solicitors as unflappable in the face of difficulty and brings a measured approach to his cases.
Hamed is qualified to accept instructions under the Direct Public Access Scheme.
Hamed has extensive experience of advising and representing landlords (private, commercial and local authorities) in claims for possession and forfeiture for rent arrears, against trespassers and other breaches including subletting. He also has extensive experience of advising on and defending disrepair claims.
Hamed has also advised and acted on numerous occasions in TOLATA claims arising out co-ownership cases.
