James Sharpe was called to the Bar in 2014 and he joined chambers in 2016 after successfully completing pupillage. Before joining the Bar, James worked in the Houses of Parliament as a researcher and parliamentary assistant
James is regularly instructed in matters relating to property and housing. He has represented both private and social landlords in matters involving disrepair, housing benefit, rent arrears, and succession, as well as advising on business tenancies. He has also acted in cases with human rights elements.
