Jamie joined 42 Bedford Row in 2019 after successfully completing pupillage. He has received praise for his fluent and effective advocacy, as well as his thorough case preparation. He accepts instructions in all of chambers’ core areas of practice.
Jamie accepts instructions in all areas of employment law. During pupillage, Jamie assisted in a ten-day claim relating to constructive unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination on the basis of religion. He was also involved in drafting a detailed list of issues in relation to a claim for unfair dismissal, direct discrimination and harassment on the basis of sexual orientation.
