Jane has a Direct Access practice (2006 – fully accredited) representing private clients in complex financial remedy disputes, leave to remove permanently from the jurisdiction, contact and domestic violence. Jane cross qualified as a solicitor at a magic circle law firm in the City (2001) where she gained valuable experience over 3 years as employed counsel in the corporate department. She brings this commercial training into her work at the Bar and its advantages are particularly prevalent for her direct access clients.
