Drafting a Re A compliant threshold
Threshold documents are frequently criticised by parties and judges in children cases for not being compliant with the guidance in Re A (A Child) [2015] EWFC 11, but it is sometimes far from obvious how to put that guidance in practice in order to draft a helpful threshold document.
