Sharan Bhachu represented the mother in opposing an appeal against findings made at a fact-finding hearing and the weight placed by the Judge on ABE interviews in circumstances were there was a significant delay between the ABE interviews and the Court refused a re W application for the child to give evidence. The Appeal was refused.
