In addition Marcus has experience of residential landlord and tenant matters, employment cases and has been involved in litigating commercial and contractual disputes.
Marcus practised offshore for a number of years and is able to use that experience when cross-jurisdictional issues arise particularly in cases of foreign registered vehicles involved in motor accidents in England and Wales.
