He has extensive experience of advising at the pre-litigation stage as well as appearing on interim applications and at trial. He has a reputation for achieving excellent results and producing pleadings, advices and documents in a timely manner.
Marcus has considerable experience in all aspects of catastrophic and birth injury proceedings and is regularly instructed by both local and major regional firms in these fields. He has been involved in a significant number of high value cases of note. Marcus has also been instructed on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in claims alleging fraud. Marcus practised offshore for a number of years and is able to use that experience when cross-jurisdictional issues arise.
