Introduction

Michael Daiches practises in utilities law, with a particular emphasis on water and drainage law. He is also the co-editor of Lloyd’s Law Reports and editor of Lloyd’s Maritime Law Newsletter.

Michael is currently on a three-month Sabbatical from Bar work and is not available to accept instructions in new matters until further notice.
