Neil is a property and commercial lawyer with a chancery bias. He has extensive experience of most aspects of property law including commercial and residential landlord and tenant, enfranchisement, mortgages, LPA receivers, conveyancing, restrictive covenants, boundaries, easements, estoppel, trespass and nuisance claims, issues arising out of joint ownership, and adverse possession. He also acts in general contractual and commercial matters and has advised in charity proceedings, many professional negligence claims relating to property and numerous Inheritance Act claims.
Neil also has an extensive employment law practice covering the whole field of employment law with a particular emphasis on discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal, TUPE disputes and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
