Vincent is responsible for the overall management of 42BR, including the development of client relationships, marketing strategy, human resources, and ensuring our core values inform how we work as an organisation.

He works closely with the practice managers to direct and develop the practices of our barristers and to ensure that a consistently high quality service is provided

He is especially focused on delivering world-class client service through effective development and mentoring of our staff team and on helping our barristers develop effective client relationships.

Vincent joined 42BR in 2017. In his previous career, he spent more than 20 years in retail banking and since 1996 has worked as a senior executive in the legal industry with the Legal Aid Agency,  four sets of barristers’ chambers and five law firms.

On a personal level, he played club cricket in the Cheshire and Surrey Leagues, has held a season ticket at Leeds United since 1968 and in a (long ago!) previous life performed as a drummer in a number of semi-professional bands.
