Vistra joined 42BR following the successful completion of her pupillage in October 2024. She is developing a practice across all of chambers’ main areas, with a keen interest in family law and housing law.

Vistra read Law at Queen Mary University of London and completed the BPTC at BPP University, before being called to the Bar in 2021. During her studies, Vistra worked in the Social Care and Legal Departments of a Local Authority. Additionally, she volunteered at the Community Empowerment Network where she represented students at risk of expulsion.

Family Law

Vistra accepts instructions across the full spectrum of family law including public and private children, financial remedies and protective proceedings under the Family Law Act.

Prior to coming to the bar, Vistra worked as a Judicial Assistant to the President of the Family Division, and as a legal assistant for HB Public Law and 4PB Chambers, Vistra has extensive experience in this area.

Recently, Vistra was led by Kate Claxton and Alison More in a complex non-accidental injury case involving twins. She conducted a review of extensive mobile phone disclosure.

Personal Injury

Vistra regularly advises and represents both claimants and respondents in a variety of personal injury matters, including claims arising from road traffic accidents and claims involving infants.  

Housing Law

Vistra frequently advises parties on liability and quantum in disrepair cases.

Vistra also frequently represents parties in all aspects of housing law. This includes possession, statutory nuisance and anti-social behaviour injunctions.
