- G v G; Alastair successfully represented the respondent father at a fact finding hearing involving 31 pleadings of sexual assault
- R v R; Alastair successfully represented the respondent father at a fact-finding hearing involving allegations of serious domestic violence and coercive control leading to the father finally establishing contact with his child
- A v A; Alastair successfully represented the applicant mother at a final hearing in which she was accused of significant parental alienation. A ‘lives with’ order was secured for the mother
- C v C; Alastair provided representation for the respondent father who sought to prohibit the mother relocating with the child to a different country. After hearing Alastair’s submissions the court determined that relocation would not be in the child’s best interests and placed weight on the concern that the child’s relationship with the father would effectively be severed.
