Anne specializes in financial remedy cases for a range of clients including modest assets and high net worth. Anne has represented clients at a range of hearings including multi-day final hearings and private FDRS.

She also has experience in TOLATA disputes, including interveners. She also advised previously on pre-nuptial agreements.

She also has experience with enforcement of final orders, including orders for sale. 

Private Child

Anne is regularly instructed in private children matters and is used to working with clients from FHDRAs to final hearings. Anne is particularly good at providing frank and pragmatic advice when required, but equally fighting fearlessly for clients. Anne is used to dealing with cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse and parental alienation.

Family Law Act Applications

Anne has significant experience in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders, both for applicants and respondents. Anne is used to being instructed at short notice, including on the day. She is able to advise clients appropriately regarding concurrent Children Act proceedings and is often instructed for clients on both matters.

Recent Cases:

• C v C (ongoing): Anne is currently representing a Wife in a complex finance remedies matter involving foreign assets and non-disclosure agreement relating to litigation abroad.
• S v S (2025): Anne represented a client at a final hearing involving the other party fraudulently having forged the clients signature on a mortgage and dissipation of assets.
• R v R (2024): Anne represented a Wife at a three day final hearing leading to findings of undisclosed assets abroad against the other party, an award above the client’s opening position and a costs award of circa £25,000.
• Re L (2022) O: represented a Respondent Father at a fact finding, successfully opposing serious allegations from the Mother including allegations of rape.  
• Re A (2023): Representation of an Applicant Father on a direct access basis for cross application for enforcement by the Father and variation by the Mother which resulted, although included internal relocation concerns, across three hearings including a final hearing, with Father receiving an increase in contact and all bar one of his proposed amendments to a final order.
• Re E (2023): Represented a Respondent Mother in a final hearing involving unknown reasons for a child presenting with anxiety at contact with her Father. Contact was ultimately reduced and built up again at a more gradual pace.
