Brónach is a specialist family law barrister with a busy practice across both public and private children law. Brónach has been a led and unled junior on numerous complex cases. She has appeared in all levels of the Family Court as well as the High Court and Court of Appeal. Brónach is recognised as a leading junior of the London Bar by Legal 500 for children and domestic abuse work.
Before coming to the Bar, Brónach gained valuable experience as a paralegal in the family department of a Legal 500 firm where she developed a strong grounding in family litigation, client care and advocacy.

Public law
Brónach is regularly instructed by parents, grandparents, children through their Guardians, local authorities and intervenors at all stages of proceedings. Brónach has extensive experience on a wide range of issues within public law proceedings including child and inter-child sexual abuse, non-accidental injury, child abduction and wardship, forced marriage, and domestic abuse, Brónach approaches these sensitive matters with thorough preparation and a practical, client-focused approach.
Private law
In private children proceedings, Brónach is regularly instructed in cases involving child arrangements, allegations of parental alienation, relocation and forced marriage. She also has experience in surrogacy matters, particularly cases concerning legal parentage.
