Harry is also highly experienced in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse and regularly deals with protective injunctions, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. He has been instructed in fact-finding hearings, where he has successfully achieved favourable findings for his clients.

In public law proceedings, Harry represents a diverse range of clients, including parents and wider family members, local authorities, and Children’s Guardians.
