
Isabelle Watson is a highly regarded family law practitioner with extensive experience in complex children cases. A qualified Family (Children) arbitrator and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Isabelle is recognised for her expertise across both public and private law proceedings.
She has been ranked in Band 3 for Family: Children by Chambers and Partners UK for two consecutive years, reflecting her reputation for handling some of the most challenging and sensitive family cases.

Isabelle specialises in complex public and private children law, acting for local authorities, parents and children in some of the most serious and sensitive family proceedings. Her practice encompasses cases involving allegations of murder, sexual abuse, fabricated or induced illness, parental alienation, serious physical harm, neglect, emotional abuse, child fatalities and non-accidental injury.
She is particularly experienced in cases involving parallel criminal proceedings, intricate medical evidence and multi-disciplinary expert input, and is regularly instructed in matters of the utmost complexity.
Alongside her practice, Isabelle is committed to the development of advocacy and expert evidence. She is a trainer for expert witnesses and the Middle Temple Advocacy Programme, regularly contributes to legal seminars, and has been a Middle Temple pupil supervisor since 2003.
