Judith Charlton practices in all aspects of the law relating to children, particularly Public Law Children Act proceedings. She has appeared at levels of tribunal including the Supreme Court. She has considerable experience representing both Local Authorities and parents in Care Proceedings and ancillary proceedings including DOLS applications.
