Katherine has a busy Family Law practice which covers:

She has experience representing clients up to and including the High Court, both as sole counsel and as junior counsel. She has a strong record of successfully pursuing and defending allegations of serious domestic abuse, including sexual abuse. She prides herself on providing robust and thorough representation whilst remaining approachable and empathetic during what are often very difficult circumstances for her clients.
As a pupil, Katherine worked on the High Court case of A Local Authority v AG and Others  EWFC 18 &  EWHC 1346 (Fam) 747 (dealing with the interaction of diplomatic immunity and care proceedings).
