Children within care proceedings and those with mental health difficulties represent some of the most vulnerable groups in society. The Family Law Team at 42BR Barristers is dedicated to principles of fairness and equality underpinning the Human Rights Act 1998. Members of the Family Team are able to provide specialist advice and representation in human rights claims within family law proceedings.
