2013 London Legal Walk – 20 May 2013

The 9th London Legal Walk is a 10km “after work” walk that raises funds for legal advice charities in London and the South East. Led by the Lord Chief Justice and an array of legal luminaries, 6,000 walkers raised £540,000 last year.

The team from 42BR Barristers are raising funds for the London Legal Support Trust, the Free Representation Unit and the Bar Pro Bono Unit through the 2013 London Legal sponsored walk. We know that these agencies do a fantastic job in preventing homelessness, resolving debt problems, gaining care for the elderly and disabled and fighting exploitation. We also know how short they are of the funds to continue that work.

If you wish to donate you can do so through Virgin Money Giving, where you can sponsor us. Donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity’s behalf where the donor is eligible for this.
