42BR welcomes Ann Osborne

42BR Barristers is delighted to welcome Ann Osborne to our Family Group.

Ann is regularly instructed in complex public law and adoption matters involving non-accidental injuries, sexual and physical child abuse. Ann has also dealt with Inherent Jurisdiction matters in the High Court involving Wardship, Forced Marriage Protection Orders and the return of a child.

She also undertakes complex private law matters often involving fact findings relating to allegations of domestic violence, coercive controlling behaviour and parental alienation matters.
