42BR welcomes Civil Practice Manager, James Hamilton-Flack

42BR is pleased to share that James Hamilton-Flack will be joining our civil clerking team from today.

James joins us having gained over 10 years clerking experience at his previous sets of Chambers.

James' primary responsibilities include diary management, court fixing, fee negotiation, work allocation, and assisting with practice development of members of the chambers.

Steve Sheridan, Director of Clerking, says of the appointment, "I am delighted to welcome James to the clerking team as our newest Civil Practice Manager. He is a valuable addition to our expanding civil clerking team, bringing with him over a decade of experience. The team looks forward to working with him closely as he supports the continued growth and efficiency of the civil practice."
