Nick Bidnell-Edwards has contributed to the new, 2023 Edition of the Employment Law Handbook, alongside Outer Temple Chambers' Jeremy Scott-Joynt, Courtney Step-Marsden, and Daniel Barnett as General Editor.
In the 9th Edition, the Whistleblowing chapter includes the recent guidance on the 'separability principle' contained in Kong v Gulf International Bank (UK) Ltd [2022] ICR 1513.
The handbook has been fully updated, and includes chapters on the following areas of employment law:
