A warm welcome to Tim Welch

We are delighted to welcome Tim Welch who joins Chambers today from 36 Bedford Row. Tim has a specialist employment practice and covers the full range of statutory claims in the ET and the EAT

Tim also works in commercial litigation in the High Court and the County Court. In addition to his legal practice, Tim is a guest lecturer at two universities and has written numerous published articles.

He has a reputation as “a clear thinker with a sharp eye for detail” and as “a tenacious barrister whose cross examination wins cases”.

Tim will be an excellent addition to the 42 team and we look forward to introducing him to all of our professional connections.
