Anne-Marie Rainsford to join 42BR Family Group - December 2025

42BR Barristers is delighted to share that Anne-Marie Rainsford will be joining our Family Group, effective December 2025.

Anne-Marie qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and has since dedicated her career to representing both children and adults in the field of family law, with a particular focus on children law matters.

After qualifying with a regional firm, Anne-Marie quickly developed her practice, achieving Higher Rights of Audience in 2012 and gaining Children Law Accreditation in 2013.

In 2016, she became a Partner and later Head of Department, leading her firm’s family team. In 2025, Anne-Marie transferred to the Bar, continuing her commitment to providing the highest standard of representation to her clients.

Anne-Marie brings a wealth of experience in complex and highly sensitive children and family cases. She is recognised for her exceptional client care, clear and considered advice, and robust advocacy in court.
