Attorney General Panel Appointments

We are pleased to share that Robert Winspear and Karolina Zielinska have been successfully appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.

Laura Robinson has also been successful in her application to be reappointed to A Panel.

Robert and Karolina have both been appointed to the C Panel. 

Laura, Robert and Karolina join Sam Healy who is on the Regional A Panel and Jamie Fireman who is also on C Panel.

The Attorney General maintains panels of junior counsel to undertake civil and EU work for all government departments.

Their appointments are effective for five years from 1 September 2026.
