Ben Hytner KC

Chambers is saddened to announce the passing of our former Head of Chambers, Ben Hytner KC, who has died at the age of 95.

Ben was also the former Head of Chambers at Byrom Street Chambers in Manchester; he was a deputy High Court Judge and a Judge of Appeal in the Isle of Man.

Known as an exceptionally able advocate, Ben was a judge recognised as having delivered outstanding judgments in the fields of personal injury and fatal accidents law.

Our thoughts go to Ben’s family and all those who knew him.
