Charlotte McDonald joins 42BR Barristers as a newest tenant

42BR Barristers is delighted to announce Charlotte McDonald has joined Chambers as our newest tenant, following the successful completion of her probationary tenancy. 

Charlotte practices in all areas of family law, accepting both private and legally aided instructions. She works frequently with victims and people accused of perpetrating domestic abuse and with refuges. She is often kept on as counsel throughout cases and has been praised for her rapport with vulnerable clients.

Philip McCormack, Head of the Family Group, says, "The family group is absolutely delighted that Charlotte has joined us and its so obvious that she will be an excellent addition to our team!"

James Tidnam, Senior Family Practice Manager, adds, "I am delighted that Charlotte has accepted Chambers’ offer of tenancy and that she will be a member of our Family Group on a permanent basis.
