In a lengthy article in The Times (4th April 2013) the work of both The Official Solicitor and The Court of Protection came under focus.
Six recent and significant cases were highlighted concerning this increasingly important area of law. Of the six selected, members of 42BR Barristers appeared in the first four. Charles Utley appeared for an NHS Trust in the first matter and Scott Matthewson appeared either for the Official Solicitor or an NHS Trust in the other three.
