Eljamel Inquiry - Heather Arlidge

Heather has been instructed as First Junior Counsel in the Eljamel Inquiry, a Scottish Public Inquiry into the professional practice of Mr Sam Eljamel, a consultant neurosurgeon who worked for NHS Tayside between 1995 and 2014, and the governance systems, or lack thereof, that were in place to protect patients. The Inquiry is currently gathering and analysing evidence and preparing for substantive hearings which are planned to commence later this year.
