Martin Haukeland recently appeared for the operators of the Harmondsworth Immigration Removal Centre, GEO Group UK Ltd, in a four week inquest at West London Coroners Court into the death of Prince Kwabena Fosu.
As was widely reported in national media, Mr Fosu died of natural causes brought about by hypothermia, dehydration and malnourishment after failures to recognise mental illness by staff and many other agencies including Home Office Staff, the Independent Monitoring Board, GPs and other health professionals.
He was instructed by BLM.
