
Gemma Taylor KC is now a qualified arbitrator for children matters
Chambers is delighted to announce that Gemma Taylor KC has successfully qualified as an arbitrator for children matters under the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators scheme.
Gemma specialises in serious and complex cases involving children in public and private law.
She has worked in cases involving serious/fatal physical injuries, fabricated or induced illness behaviour, sexual abuse and serious domestic violence.
She is an approved Facilitator for the delivery of the FLBA training in cross examination of vulnerable witnesses and accredited to cross examine vulnerable witnesses.
