We’re pleased to share that Iris Ferber KC will be speaking at the 2026 IR Global Employment Meeting today. 

Iris will be exploring the question “Jurisdiction Friction: can a UK employment claim against a non-UK employer be defeated before it has even begun?” – discussing with delegates how to navigate the complexities and the evolving law of cross-border claims.
