Keri has joined Chambers from Hampshire County Council, where she spent 13 years advising on all aspects of Local Government law, specialising in the fields of education, child and adult social care. She also provided advice to other public bodies including Local Safeguarding Children Boards, Schools and Academies, Probation, Police and Fire.
She has significant experience of judicial review proceedings (including as Claimant), special educational needs tribunal work. Court of Protection, mental health and inquests work are of particular interest to her.
