Managing Autism in the Workplace

Please join us for a breakfast seminar, for a unique opportunity to hear Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Bhathika Perea along with fellow psychiatrist Dr Laura Korb. With the assistance of employment barristers Nick Singer and Benjamin Uduje, they will explore this emerging, important and difficult subject.

Topics will include: -

1. The symptoms of autism and associated conditions;
2.  How these conditions might amount to disabilities
3. How to spot them;
4. Guidance on making reasonable adjustments
5. How to help an autistic client through employment litigation.

There will of course be an opportunity to ask questions during and after the talk.
