Zimran Samuel has successfully resisted an appeal against a decision to place children with their relatives in Poland, following the murder of their Mother by their Father. The appeal, brought by the local authority and the children’s Father, was dismissed and an order for costs was made against the local authority, the lead appellant in this case.
